I'm so sorry to hear this tragic story; the pain of such a loss is unimaginable. But, as you say, we CAN imagine putting aside the stuff that doesn't really matter so we can spend that extra time with our kids...and I will practice doing that more often these days, when life feels so hectic. My house was always going to be pretty messy anyway, and I'm just grateful my daughter lives in it with me! Thank you, Elena, for this powerful reminder.
